Developing and Delivering Virtual Onboarding and Training (During a Pandemic)

COVID-19 has not changed the mission of information and referral services but it has changed how business is being done. It is a virtual world. This webinar will explore some of the opportunities and challenges of transitioning to a virtual I&R work environment, some of the complications of onboarding and training staff and maintaining an up-to-date resource database in a period of unprecedented change.   The webinar is a first-hand account from the perspectives of both a new Service Navigator and a Training Manager. The session will explore lessons learned to date, call volume/trends and the changing human services landscape. This will be an interactive session with an opportunity for questions and answers.
